Aromatherapy : This is the use of essential oils in an unscented carrier oil to enhance the
physical or emotional well-being of an individual. It originates from Egypt and all the
individual odours are aligned to the planets. The oils can be used in massage, as a bath oil
or in a vapouriser to fragrance a room. Because essential oils are highly concentrated,
it is not recommended that they be undiluted on the skin or taken internally. They should not
be administered to pregnant women and infants unless prescribed by a trained practitioner.
